Fitting the Pivot Beam
Mark out and line up the pivot beam on the chassis as shown below. If all measurements worked out correctly, the back of the pivot plates should sit up against the rear corner support sections.
Clamp securely.
Tack weld the pivot beam to the chassis and double check all is square and aligned.
Fit the beam braces flush with the inside edge of the chassis rail and fully weld pivot beam into position.
