Find a suitable flat surface to put all the top deck components together. Setting the top deck on top of the sub chassis is ideal and gives a good clamping surface.
Tack weld all components together and check that all components are sitting flat and square to each other.
Clamp securely to the sub chassis and fully weld.
The angle stops can be fitted later once the pivot components have been fitted.
